Ethel Kuuya built a career in strategy, culture, leadership, transformation, public institution reform, policy-shaping, and senior leadership coaching. She engages in spirited dialogue with executives, national leaders, and think tanks, and setting the stage for transformational discussion. Some of Ethel’s achievements and recognitions include: 2018 Emerging New Leader Award by the Crans Montana Forum, a Swiss International Organisation; UNESCO Inclusive Policy Lab Expert; Chatham House Royal Institute for International Affairs forum contributor; former UN Women Civil Advisory Group Member; Non-Executive Director of various profit and not for profit organisations;            
She has a Master of Science degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris, France which complements a portfolio of qualifications with various global institutions. Ethel is a Zimbabwean who lives in the diaspora and works across Africa and internationally.
